By booking or using any service provided by Blue Shark Divers, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Services
Blue Shark Divers provides:
- Diving excursions
- PADI and recreational diving courses
- Equipment rental
- Snorkeling and marine activities
- Related tourism services
Payments
- Payments may be required in full, partially, or in scheduled installments depending on the booking.
- All payments are processed through approved and secure electronic payment providers.
- Clients are responsible for providing accurate payment information.
- Once a booking is confirmed or a service has started, payment is considered acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate booking information.
- Arrive on time for scheduled activities.
- Follow all safety instructions provided by Blue Shark Divers.
- Respect the agreed booking schedule and service requirements.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- Photos, videos, and purchased media become the client's property after full payment.
- Blue Shark Divers reserves the right to use promotional photos taken during activities unless the client requests otherwise.
Changes to Terms
Blue Shark Divers reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

Customer satisfaction is important to us.
Due to the nature of scheduled diving trips, courses, and marine activities, the following refund policy applies.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may only be considered before the scheduled activity begins and according to the booking agreement.
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Cancellation after the scheduled activity has started.
- Change of mind after confirmation.
- Failure to attend the booked activity.
- Delays caused by missing client information or failure to respond.
- Services that have been fully or partially completed.
Refund Processing
When approved:
- Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
- Processing time depends on the payment provider or issuing bank.
